Haori
CUDA

A CUDA-resident warp/weft cloth solver built around Yohsai’s square material lattice.

Type
Blender extension
Version
1.1.0
GPU
NVIDIA CUDA / Turing or newer
License
GPL-3.0-or-later

Keep the cloth on the GPU.

Positions, velocities, seams, edges, quads, bends, Body geometry, BVH, and contact candidates stay resident during the solve. Only animated Body vertices move to the device between intermediate poses; cloth state returns to Blender at integer frames.

Warp and weft edge lengths, quad shear, and axial bend constraints preserve the material behavior that gives the solver its woven-cloth character.

Highlights

CUDA GraphCaptured constraint sequences reduce repeated launch overhead.
Square latticeWarp, weft, shear, and axial bend remain explicit.
GPU BVHBody candidate search and contact run without Python BVH work.
Blender cacheResults return as stable absolute Shape Keys.

The CPU reference remains on main; the CUDA edition lives on accelerated.
