Groom in Tokoya. Move in Yurameki.

Yurameki treats every strand as a Stable Cosserat elastic rod with per-segment orientation frames and stretch, shear, bend, and twist energy. It accepts an existing Blender Curves groom and simulates motion without taking over planting or styling.

Adaptive root locking keeps hair on the head-facing side stable during motion, while Body and Clothes contact use mesh queries during the solve.

Highlights

Elastic rodsModel long hair with segment frames and rod energy instead of loose springs.
Tokoya workflowKeep grooming and physical motion as separate, focused stages.
Adaptive rootsLock a motion-facing region near the scalp when the head pushes into hair.
Cache optionsPreview at runtime, bake position keys, or inspect a final pose.
